Melanie Bash, Leverage LV

Melanie Bash
President/Founder

Melanie Bash is a creative strategist in event planning, branding, logistics, and administrative management. With over 29 years of experience, she specifically focuses on fundraising for nonprofit organizations.

Melanie is a true leader in Las Vegas and has touched many lives through her various executive fundraising positions via multiple nonprofit organizations.

Her achievements in the field come from her personal experience with her own child with a disability. Melanie’s personal knowledge has not only given her the knowledge and compassion to help others, but has given her insight into everyday struggles other parents and families endure. This has been her driving force and passion to help all nonprofits succeed in their mission.

Melanie has taken her passion further and combined it with her business acumen to start a streaming internet show called “Nonprofit Life.” As the host of “Nonprofit Life,” a weekly talk show featuring the work of nonprofits in the community, she uses her extensive contacts to help showcase and feature many local charities, many of whom do not have the benefit of a large donor base, to give their programs the much needed exposure to the community.

Melanie is a graduate of California State Northridge and has been involved with many associations and leadership organizations throughout her career. She is married and has two children, Arielle and Matthew.

Vivian Wright
CEO/Co-Founder

Vivian Wright is the CEO and Co-Founder of Leverage Las Vegas. She is a 28-year resident of Las Vegas, originally from Santa Monica, CA. A first generation Cuban-American, activist and entrepreneur, Vivian serves as a community advocate advancing and championing issues affecting the Latino and LGBTQ communities on both local and national levels.

Vivian has worked in the nonprofit sector for over 30 years, supporting numerous charitable organizations ranging from local grassroots agencies, social justice and education initiatives and national organizations, as a grant writer, development and program strategist, scaling mission impact, and advancing fundraising efforts.

She has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Clark County Acelero Head Start for 10 years, and the Acelero Head Start Governance Advisory Committee national board for the past 4 years. Vivian is a founding member of Gracie’s House, a Las Vegas-based nonprofit serving children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She is also an avid vintage treasure hunter and co-owner of The Vintage Bodega.

Vivian became a foster parent in 2004, championing efforts to improve the foster care system in Clark County, Nevada. As a mother of four biological / adoptive children, she enjoys living in the quiet, beautiful foothills of the Mountain’s Edge community in Southwest Las Vegas, with her partner, Gladys.

Janice Soderberg

Director of Events

Born & raised in Orange County, California, Janice Soderberg made her way to the Las Vegas Valley after she graduated from high school in 1993. Janice worked in the property management industry as a regional manager for over 11 years, before switching careers to become the Vice President of Sales for the Art of Music Galleries on the Las Vegas strip. Janice worked with celebrities and athletes hosting meet-n-greets, memorializing authentication of items and certification of signatures, and working with local and national nonprofits supporting live and silent auctions for over18 years. Janice was recognized as the top producer for the company, driving sales, networking, and building relationships.

Janice is a successful entrepreneur, and co-owns several local businesses, including So Fresh & So Clean Pool Service. Janice is VP of Sales for Your Premier Memorabilia, continuing her love in the field of unique, one-of-a-kind memorabilia. Janice is married to husband, Jason, and has a 15-year-old stepson, River.

Janice’s extensive connections, competitive drive , auction expertise, and the ability to handle fast-paced environments with ease, make her the perfect addition to the Leverage team.

Tiffany Mitchell

Creative Content Marketing

Tiffany Mitchell is the owner and publisher of Baby Society Magazine (formerly Las Vegas Baby Magazine) and Las Vegas Kids’ Directory. Tiffany is the creative force behind the magazine’s design and execution with over 15 years of experience in photography, graphic design and web design. She was recognized by Top Women in Media in 2020 and 2021. In 2019 Tiffany created and co-produced the first-ever Las Vegas Baby Expo, an annual event where local and nationwide businesses share their products and services with the Las Vegas community.

Tiffany graduated from the University of California Riverside with her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.

Tiffany is the proud parent of a 24-year-old daughter, Faith, who recently graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Music Business and often assists Tiffany on projects. Tiffany is also Mom to a seven-year-old boy that completes her heart.

Amberlee D’Alois

Marketing Director/ Project Manager

Amberlee is passionate about building and maintaining brands, and driving new business development. With 10+ years of experience in marketing, advertising and digital marketing, Amberlee specializes in market research, strategizing and developing successful marketing campaigns.
Outside of work, Amberlee loves cooking up new recipes and spending time with her partner, their two Aussies and one naughty cat.

Sam Edwards

Contributing Designer

Sam has over a decade of experience in marketing, advertising and digital marketing. As a lead strategist, her skills include market research and developing successful marketing campaigns. She also has experience in social media marketing and community management, having worked in the industry for over 10 years. In her free time, Sam enjoys exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest with her partner and fur-children.
